My company philosophy is "Do one thing and do it right". I sell real estate and that’s it. I don't sell insurance, handle rentals, auctions or do bank appraisals. I’ve been in the real estate business for 25 years.

I specialize in Seller Agency, and have been one of the top Seller‘s agents in the last 15 years.

We are totally committed to the use of new technology and use it to assist our clients and customers. In 1999 I earned the Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS). In 2005 I obtained the SRES ( Seniors Real Estate Specialist).

In 1985, I was instrumental in starting the Huntingdon County Board of Realtors and was also elected the first president of the Board of Realtors. I have held the offices of Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and will served as President in 2003 as well as three other times in the past. Our Board enabled Huntingdon to form a Multiple Listing Service. I also served on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors committees and as a Director.

My Education and Experience are as follows: 1976 Graduate of Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree. I Obtained broker credits at Penn State and have continued education since licensure in Real Estate and am now working on CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker) designation. I have been a resident of Huntingdon most of my life.

I have served as President of Huntingdon County Business & Industry (similar to countywide Chamber of Commerce). I helped to develop the Riverview Business Park with HCB&I. I have also served as President of the Huntingdon Rotary Club as well as being a director and serve on the Advisory Board of Kishacoquillas National Bank. My wife, Mary Jane, and I have chaired the American Cancer Society's "Move-along-athon, Making Strides Against Cancer . We have been involved in Toys for Tots.. I love to hunt, golf, play racquetball, kayak and do home improvement projects.

I love living and working in Huntingdon County, it is a beautiful place.
